Observations from the Point Arena Lighthouse  peninsula and from Saunders Reef At PAL: * no whales seen * 27 harbor seals  * 24 pigeon guillemots At Saunders Reef:  * 8-10 humpbacks, spread out between 2 miles and 5 miles off shore, flukes observed, most likely feeding

All day FOG over the ocean at both Point Arena Lighthouse Peninsula as well as at Saunders Reef made observations today impossible. AT PAL: * 43 harbor seals
